The Roles That Bring OurMission to Life

It takes a dedicated, collaborative team to deliver the kind of care and experience we’re known for. Here’s a look at the incredible team members who make it all happen.

Our Optometrists are primary eye care providers who perform comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and manage ocular diseases, and prescribe corrective lenses and therapeutic treatments. They utilize advanced diagnostic tools such as OCT, fundus photography, and visual field testing to assess ocular health and detect systemic conditions. As clinical leaders, they collaborate closely with the broader team to deliver personalized patient care, educate patients on eye health, and ensure long-term vision wellness. When appropriate, our Optometrists refer patients to Ophthalmologists—medical doctors specializing in surgical and advanced medical treatment of the eyes—for co-management of conditions such as cataracts, retinal disease, or glaucoma. While Optometrists focus on primary eye care and ongoing ocular health management, Ophthalmologists perform surgical interventions and complex medical procedures.

As essential front-line clinical support, our Patient Care Coordinators perform a range of pre-testing procedures, including autorefraction, tonometry, retinal imaging, and visual field screening. They assist with contact lens insertion and removal training, lens dispensing, and patient education. PCCs ensure a smooth patient flow, manage appointment coordination, and maintain detailed electronic health records, providing both technical expertise and compassionate care at every step of the patient journey.

As regulated eye care professionals, our Licensed Opticians provide expert guidance on lens technology, frame selection, and optical solutions tailored to each patient’s prescription and lifestyle needs. They interpret prescriptions, take precise measurements, verify lens specifications, and ensure proper fit and function. With a focus on both visual performance and aesthetic appeal, our opticians deliver personalized care and education, helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their eyewear choices.

Optical Dispensing Technicians support patients in frame selection, perform basic adjustments and repairs, and assist in interpreting prescriptions under the supervision of a Licensed Optician. They ensure accurate frame measurements, maintain eyewear inventory, and provide education on lens types, coatings, and care. With strong product knowledge and a service-first mindset, they contribute to a seamless, informative, and personalized eyewear experience.

Our Lab Technicians are skilled in the fabrication, edging, and finishing of ophthalmic lenses to exact specifications. They operate advanced lens surfacing and finishing equipment, verify prescriptions using lensometry, and ensure strict quality control standards are met for every pair of glasses. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy, they manage tasks such as blocking, edging, tinting, mounting lenses into frames, and verifications, ensuring patients receive high-quality eyewear that meets both visual and aesthetic expectations.

Our Dry Eye Technicians specialize in supporting the diagnosis, education, and treatment of ocular surface disease, including dry eye syndrome, blepharitis, and meibomian gland dysfunction. They are trained in the use of therapeutic technologies—including IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), Radiofrequency (RF), and Lipiflow thermal pulsation system. They guide patients through customized care plans, provide education on at-home therapies, and ensure follow-up compliance. This role bridges clinical support and patient care, enhancing outcomes and comfort for those with chronic ocular conditions.
