We are eager to see you! To ensure your safety, we have made some changes so things may be a little different since we last saw you.
Booking appointments. To provide the best service and care, we are currently doing all interactions by appointment. This includes frame adjustments, trying on frames, regular routine check-ups, and urgent care. This will allow us to monitor the number of people in the office. When booking your appointment, we will ask if you have any symptoms or any recent contact with anyone that does. If the answer is yes, we will kindly ask that you reschedule.
Arriving for your appointment. We are currently allowing three people in the dispensary at a time. The sign on the door will let you know how to proceed. If we are at capacity, the door may be temporarily locked but we will be happy to assist you when we can. If you are here for an exam and the door is locked, please call the office for assistance.
When you enter, we ask that you sanitize your hands and check in at the front desk. We will be wearing masks, scrubs, and could even be wearing face shields. We have screens at our front desk and fitting tables for your protection. When in the office please maintain the 2 meter rule and we will as well. Your safety and the safety of our team is our number one priority.
At your appointment. If you are here for an exam, we will try and perform your preliminary testing quickly and have you wait in an exam room until the doctor can see you. This will minimize your time in the waiting room. If possible, we ask that you come alone to your appointment and only bring one caregiver to accompany children during their appointment.
If you want to try on frames after your exam you are more than welcome to. We will be happy to assist you with this! We kindly ask that you do so with a dispensary tech so we can be sure to sanitize the frames when you are done. We do not have our entire frame selection on the board so when you come we will find out what you are looking for and bring the frames to you.
We have identified a number of touch points that will be thoroughly sanitized between each appointment.
Assistance from home. We have a new online store that can be used to browse our products virtually. You can save pictures of frames you like and reserve them in your cart to try on when you visit the office. We are also offering virtual consultations. This is a new way that we can help you from the comfort of your home. We are able to triage your concerns and even set up a live chat with your doctor.
